• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science or any related field
• Knowledgeable w/ Philippine Law and Implementation of Rules and Regulations
• At least 6 months experience in related field (OJT experience may consider)
• With good communication skills, negotiation skills, problem solving skills and keen to details
• Willing to do field work
